Bring the compliance plate and serial details, the date the machine was first put into service, all periodic inspection reports to date, service and repair records, and any evidence of structural repair or modification. For insulated units, the most recent dielectric test results are relevant too. Report and return to service

At the end you receive a report covering the teardown scope, components examined, NDT and other test results, defects found with their severity, and the rectification completed. The inspector's conclusion on fitness for continued service closes the report. Rectification is a separate, quoted step, and only once it is complete and verified is the machine returned to service and its record updated.
